For anyone wanting to set free any feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, or tension in their bodies before giving birth. Includes breath & body awareness through facilitated somatic inquiry, discovering and working with your individual Autonomic Nervous System patterns, somatic processing of fears, guided intention setting, and take-home practices.

Postpartum Somatic Healing (60 min, virtual)
Gently process your birth experience and return to your body with compassion.
Birth is transformative—and sometimes disorienting. This in-office session is for anyone who feels a sense of overwhelm, emotional heaviness, or disconnect after birth. Whether the experience was empowering or unexpected, your body deserves time, space, and support to integrate this new season.
In these sessions we invite the nervous system back into connection, softness, and safety. Includes support for bonding and nervous system co-regulation with baby.

Somatic inquiry, Trauma Stabilization, Resilience and Resolution. Ideal for the those wanting to explore birth traumas before or beyond the birth continuum. Includes a complete history review. Free 20 minute consult is recommended prior to booking.

Labor Support Add-On (75 min, in-person)
Support during early labor to promote calm, safety, and ease.
This 75-minute somatic support session takes place in the early stages of labor, at your home, before active labor intensifies or before heading to your birth location (if not birthing at home).
Some people try hypnobirthing, others like Lamaze, try a Somatic approach to gently guide your nervous system into a state of regulation and connection, setting the tone for a grounded and physiological birth process.
